Meschede - Warstein head

The Warsteiner Kopf is located north-east in the Meschede city area at an altitude of about 550m in the middle of the Arnsberg Forest. The nearby Lörmecke Turm, a 35-meter-high observation tower, offers an impressive overview of the Arnsberg Forest and the Meschede town area. The district of Eversberg with its historic center and Eversberg Castle, which dates back to the 11th century, is particularly striking. Only the ruins of the keep remain, which is now freely accessible as an observation tower.

Other sights are the local history museum in the village center and the war gravesite on the B55.
