Haus Füchten", which is known far beyond the borders of Ense, belongs to the district of Hünningen. The former water complex with manor house was built towards the end of the 17th century. In 1726 a chapel was added to the manor house above the Ruhr. After 25 years of renovation, the privately owned manor is an architectural jewel.
The district of Hünningen above the Ruhrtal shares typical village facilities such as a kindergarten, elementary school, sports facilities and clubhouses with the immediately adjacent district of Lüttringen.
