The Brunnenhaus, built in 1938 near the Charlottenquelle spring, originally functioned as a drinking hall for storing the spring water. Spa guests used the facility for brine drinking cures, which supported physical detoxification through intestinal stimulation. A café has been located in these historic premises since 1968. Located in the middle of Bad Sassendorf's spa gardens, the Café Brunnenhaus, also known as the pancake house, offers a selection of coffee specialties, homemade cakes, tarts and savory and sweet pancakes. The use of high-quality regional and seasonal products characterizes the gastronomic offer. The location in the spa park and the proximity to other facilities such as the Gradierwerk and the SoleTherme complete your stay.
