The bakehouse used to stand in Rinthe, a district of Bad Berleburg. It was a listed building, but was unfortunately very dilapidated. The house in Rinthe was dismantled with the permission of the monument protection authorities. The members of the Bad Berleburg Tourist and Heritage Association rebuilt the house with great dedication. Today it is a real gem and there are regular bread baking events.

Von der B480 nach Bad Berleburg zum Kreisel am REWE-Markt. Du fährst die Ausfahrt zur Sählingstraße, dann nach rechts in den Espeweg. Dann musst du dem Straßenverlauf bis zur Espe-Quelle mit Backhaus folgen.
