During renovation work in 1906, objects (relics and coins) dating from around 1300 were found in the stone altar.
The incredibly thick walls are very striking. The windows are ogival. The hall is simply plastered with a slightly recessed, straight chancel. A groined vault was built into it. An ogival triumphal arch separates the choir from the nave.
The three-sided gallery was built in 1660.
A mighty ridge turret rises above the nave. A bronze bell from 1662 hangs in it and rings out daily for the evening chimes and church services.
Beddelhausen Chapel belongs to the Lukas parish in the Eder and Elsoff valleys.
