The Schrabben Hof is a former remnant farm with several historically significant building complexes. In the main house is the museum of local history with an exhibition of local exhibits from the 19th century with the subject areas of handicrafts, wagonry, Hauberg, agriculture and the special exhibition with travel and children's gramophones from the 1920s. This museum was established by the MiniCartClub Deutschland e.V. in 2003. In the adjoining house there is a club pub, a youth club and a party bar. Since 2012, the association MuT Sauerland e.V. (Music and Theater) developed the Schrabben Hof into a cultural asset. With the support of the MiniCartClub, a nostalgic café and a cabaret stage have been created over the years in the main house. In the barn next door, junk is sold. In the summer you can stop in the idyllic Biergarten with adjacent playground. Around the bakehouse there is a museum open-air workshop with many nature educational offers. In addition to the cultural offerings on the cabaret stage with concerts and cabaret events, there are major annual events such as Oldtimer-Treckertreff, Adventströdelmarkt, St. Nicholas Festival and others. The current opening hours and information about the cultural estate can be found at www.kulturgut-schrabbenhof.de. The cultural program of MuT can be found at www.mut-sauerland.de. Guided tours and group bookings at the Kulturgut outside opening hours are possible at info@mut-sauerland.de.
