Hiking experiences around Puderbach
Puderbach not only boasts one of the oldest churches in the Wittgenstein region - the fortified church dates back to the beginning of the 13th century. The small Laaspher district also offers locals and guests looking for peace and relaxation good conditions for exploring the area on short or longer tours and day hikes. You can hike along the A 1 for 7 km around the Kirschköpfchen; the A 2 takes you around the hilltops of the "Steine" (5 km). Not far from the state border, the A 6 (7 km) takes you to the village's local mountain, the Puderburg with its summit cross. The beautiful landscape around Puderbach can also be explored in its entirety on the Puderbach circular trail (P) (12.8 km) or divided into the two sections P 1 (9.9 km) and P 2 (8.1 km). All the trails listed lead alternately through forest and open countryside, through nature reserves with numerous rare animal and plant species and there are always wonderful views.
