After the start in Finnentrop and an initial climb to Heggen, the tour runs along the Ahauser Stausee reservoir via Attendorn.

The route continues via Helden and after a detour via Rieflinghausen and Berlinghausen to the shores of the Biggesee, which you leave again immediately. This is followed by a slight ascent via Oberneger. The highest point of the tour is reached in Olpe-Fahlenscheid.

Via Oberveischede, the tour runs parallel to the Repe again heading north and back to Finnentrop.

The Ahauser Stausee is a reservoir on the territory of the city of Attendorn and the municipality of Finnentrop and today belongs to the Ruhrverband.
