The start of the tour is characterized by constant ups and downs. So there is not much time to prepare your legs for the tour. We reach Oberveischede via Altenkleusheim, Neuenkleusheim and Fahlenscheid. This is followed by a long climb past Apollmicke, followed by a rapid descent into the Olpe valley. A few flat kilometers via Kirchhundem give you the opportunity to regenerate a little. After Oberhundem, one of the highlights of the tour awaits, the serpentine ride over the Rothaargebirge to the Rhein-Weser-Turm. The long descent into the Edertal is just right after these meters of altitude. After a few kilometers in the valley, the second Rothaar crossing is followed by the next ascent to Jagdhaus, which of course is followed by an equally beautiful descent to Schmallenberg. Here it is a good idea to stop off at one of the cafés and give your legs a boost. For the next few kilometers, you follow the SauerlandRadring on a former railroad line before the climb to Dorlar begins again. We cross Haverland in the south of Eslohe and return to the district of Olpe near Fretter on a long descent. Here we follow the SauerlandRadring once again. After a short climb, we reach the Lennetal valley near Barmenohl and follow it before turning right into the idyllic Repetal valley. The tour follows this with almost no elevation gain over Repe and reaches the final highlight at Bremge, the relaxed finish along the Biggesee. Ideal to give your legs a chance to recover from the meters in altitude.
