After the start in Plettenberg, the challenge is to climb the steep incline to Windhausen. This is followed by the most difficult climb to Sonneborn with over 200hm. At the end of the descent behind Heggen, the stitch to Dünschede awaits, before it goes undulating on the next kilometers of the tour. After the "Pass of Apollmicke" follows a short visit to the Biggesee. With some ups and downs around Drolshagen, the Listersee now awaits us. A long descent to Plettenberg ends this difficult round.
