The long tour from Plettenberg leads several times through the Lenne valley and the valleys of the Lenne tributaries. This tour is characterized by crisp climbs and rapid descents. The route starts in the Lenne valley near Plettenberg. From here, the route winds its way over hills and valleys up to Röhrenspring and Faulebutter, only to meet up with the Lenne again after further climbs in Langenei. More hills follow as far as Apollmicke, until the route then heads towards Attendorn after a view of the Biggesee. Once over the mountain and the starting point in the Lenne valley is reached again.
