Leisure pool Olpe
The GPX track starts at the leisure pool in Olpe and always leads along the east bank northward to the Biggedamm near Attendorn. Shortly before you pass the Waldenburger Bucht. When the summer weather is nice, the beautiful bathing beach here tempts you to make a stop. You should not miss the magnificent view over the lake from the Aussichtsplattform Biggeblick. This can be reached from the parking lot of the Waldenberg Bay by a small footpath over a hill. Of course, you can start this round tour at any place you like.
Directly at the dam, the café "Leuchtturm" offers a place to stop for refreshments. Now the tour continues along the western bank to the Lister dam. The dam separates the water masses of Bigge- and Listertalsperre from each other. The route continues around the Sonderner Kopf, where a lido also invites you for a little refreshment. In Eichhagen you cross the Biggesee and return to the starting point in Olpe.
