Get to know the Diemelsee with all its facets and from all its sides on the 13 km long and varied lake tour. This exciting and particularly family-friendly cycle tour is also ideal for children. The recommended starting point for this cycle tour is the Heringhausen-Strandbad parking lot, but of course you can also start the circular tour around Diemelsee from any other starting point. Highlights of the circular route include the natural section between the "Hohes Rad" campsite and the Diemelsee nature reserve. The spectacular lake views along the entire route, as well as the imposing dam wall itself - with impressive views of the balancing ponds and the lake - will inspire you.
