- Round trip
The Bergziegen tour is a 100% asphalt route and therefore pleasant to ride even in bad weather (if it is slippery, you should refrain from riding). The short route with some climbs is perfect as a nice "after-work training tour".

The round tour starts in the heart of Plettenberg at the KulTour GmbH. Already after a few meters you can have a little refreshment in the ice cream parlors or cafes. Afterwards, you pass the town hall and enter the Grünetal, one of the four valleys of the city of Plettenberg. The first small climb to get accustomed begins at the last houses of the town center. Once in the Gruene valley, a new bike path first leads relatively level next to the Gruene brook. After that, the second, somewhat more challenging climb takes place. The mountain goat tour continues to offer asphalt paths throughout and scenic views all the way to the village of Sonneborn, which is located on high ground.
Arrived at the place Sonneborn all ascents are done. From now on, the route goes downhill, on asphalt, mainly through the forest. Cyclists can look forward to a beautiful, long descent with pure nature. The descent is only interrupted by the sleepy little village of Humberg. On the descent, watch out for deer and wild boars, especially at dusk. After the descent, the bike path runs back to the town of Plettenberg.
