Fresh every day! That is important to us. Our baked goods are made with love in a traditional bakery nearby. We source our meat and fish from farms that value sustainable production.
Of course, the jams for the breakfast buffet are homemade, as are the cakes and tarts in our house.
We even offer homemade liqueurs, such as egg liqueur, chocolate liqueur, beer liqueur or Nimm-2 liqueur.
For dinner, our kitchen team conjures up fantastic creations from the best ingredients. Sometimes classics are served, other times it's more "modern" and of course we are also there for vegetarians or allergy sufferers and are happy to prepare separate dishes for you.
In summer, barbecues in the garden are very popular. In winter we are happy to offer you a special evening with fire punch or fondue on request.
