Since summer 2014, around 100 dairy sheep have been supplying the raw milk for the Küthe sheep farm's own organic cheese dairy in Siegen-Meiswinkel. Sheep's cheese of exceptional quality is on offer here, as the Küthe family produces its products in accordance with Bioland and Biokreis guidelines. The products can be purchased in their own farm store or at one of the many weekly markets in the region.
