The family farm in the beautiful Siegerland region has been managed organically for many years in accordance with organic standards.
The cattle have the best conditions on the organic farm: grazing in the summer, in the winter in a loose stable on straw. Feed from controlled organic (own) cultivation, grass in summer and silage and hay in winter.
Housing conditions, feed etc. are regularly inspected by independent inspection bodies as part of the DE-003-ÖKO inspection.
The farm is approved as a slaughterhouse for cattle under the number DE NW 10199 EC in accordance with the relevant EC regulations.
Mature young animals are slaughtered here, which can be spared the stress of transportation. The meat is matured in the farm's own cold store.
Slaughtering usually takes place from November to the end of April.

Quantities and prices on request. The smallest quantity is a meat package of approx. 10 - 12 kg; contains "a bit of everything" such as roasts, roulades, cooked meat, minced meat, leg slices etc.
