The long Attendorn tour leads several times through the Lenne valley and the valleys of the Lenne tributaries. The starting point of the GPX track is the "Mühlwiese" parking lot in Attendorn. However, you can of course start this circular tour at any point.

The tour is characterized by crisp climbs and rapid descents. It starts from the Bigge valley over to the Lenne valley near Plettenberg. From here, the route winds its way over hills and valleys up to Röhrenspring and Faule Butter, before meeting up with the Lenne again after further climbs in Langenei. Further hills follow to Einsiedelei and Apollmicke before returning to Attendorn after a view of the Biggesee.
