Both the Hennesee and the Hennetal valley, as well as the Valme valley, are the focus of this road bike tour from Meschede.

After the start in Meschede, take the junction at the Kreishaus and enjoy a leisurely ride along the banks of the Hennesee. On sunny days, other users should be taken into consideration here. The route climbs steadily up to Remblinghausen, a beautiful half-timbered village. A further 120 meters in altitude have to be overcome up to the wind turbines near Einhaus. A fantastic panoramic view of the surrounding area makes up for this. After a rapid descent and a few undulating kilometers, the Valmetal valley is always a gentle downhill glide. The tour leads back to Meschede via Berlar and Heggen.
