Olsberg
The first section of the tour from Olsberg to Meschede runs along the Ruhr through the villages of Nuttlar, Bestwig, Velmede and Heinrichsthal. In Meschede, you cross the Ruhr, ride across Kaiser-Otto-Platz, then along Steinstraße, which you leave to the left after the district hall and turn right again immediately after the bridge. After a short climb, you reach the Hennesee dam, which pedestrians can also climb over the Himmelsbrücke bridge.
The tour now continues flat along the traffic-free eastern shore of the Hennesee to Mielinghausen Bay.
This is followed by a few crisp climbs to Remblinghausen and Löllinghausen before reaching the highest point at 431 m in Klause. The undulating ride continues via Heringhausen and Gevelinghausen. The last few kilometers are all downhill via Bigge back to the starting point of the tour in Olsberg.
