Lennestadt-Altenhundem
Lennestadt-Altenhundem
From the starting point in Altenhundem you follow the well signposted SauerlandRadring to Borghausen. There you turn into the lovely Repetal valley with its high-quality gastronomy. Via Helden and Bremge you reach the Biggesee, whose shore you follow for a few kilometers. On warm summer days, the lido in Waldenburg Bay offers the opportunity to take a dip in the refreshing waters of the Biggesee. You should also not miss a visit to the Aussichtsplattform Biggeblick, from where you can enjoy a fantastic view over the lake.
From the Biggedamm, the tour leads along the Bigge and the Ahauser Stausee in the direction of Finnentrop. From there you cycle again on the SauerlandRadring. If you still have time, you can make a stop in Meggen and visit the Galileo Park with the Sauerland Pyramids before heading back to the starting point in Altenhundem.
