The Brachtpetal Tour is a variant of the "Sauerland Valley Tour" and a charming family tour through the Brachtpetal with a varied landscape. On the way you can stop again and again and enjoy the beautiful landscape or take a rest. Children will find variety at a playground.

From the starting point of the GPX track at the Olpe train station, head towards Brachtpe. The tour continues via Berlinghausen to Drolshagen. Here you should have a look at the worth seeing market place. From here, the tour continues via Benolpe to Husten and Isinghausen. From here we follow the stream Brachtpe to the village Brachtpe and start the way back to Olpe. Of course, you can start this round trip at any place you like.

A rescue point system is installed throughout the region (Soest district, Hochsauerlandkreis district, Märkischer Kreis district, Olpe district and Siegen-Wittgenstein district). Rescue points can be found, among other things, on the information boards at the junctions of the Südwestfalen cycling network.

Public transiot

There are no train stations along the route. A limited journey is possible by bus. The nearest train station to the starting point is in Finnentrop.
