From the start in Eslohe you go to Wenholthausen - with its Backhaus. You ride on the HenneseeSchleife of the SauerlandRadring over the mountain ridge through the small villages Büenfeld and Erflinghausen to the Hennesee. Here, in good summer weather, the lake invites you to swim and compensates for the climb.

The tour now does not continue along the Hennesee. We turn right and another short climb follows. Afterwards, the tour continues on quiet paths, not always asphalted, via Nichtinghausen, Herhagen and Beisinghausen to Bremke. Here there are only short and easy climbs. Via Sallinghausen we then reach our starting point in Eslohe again.
