The Lahn Spring Tour is an ideal addition for cyclists on the Lahn Valley Cycle Path who start in Bad Laasphe or Feudingen and don't want to miss out on the spring! From Bad Laasphe, the cycle tour runs together with the Lahn Valley Cycle Path through the wide valley of the upper Lahn, first to Feudingen and then on to Glashütte. Here the valley of the young Lahn narrows and the route leads through cool mixed forest up to the source. After a short break with refreshments in Lahnhof, the route descends into the beautiful Ilse valley. There you can take a short detour to the legendary Ilse spring in Heiligenborn. After the hamlet of Lindenfeld, a short, steep climb leads over into the Banfe valley. From Banfe, the tour follows a cycle path through the lovely valley back to Bad Laasphe.
Bad Laasphe is easily accessible by train and bus.http://www.vws-siegen.de/fahrplan/fahrplaene/http://www.kurhessenbahn.de/kurhessenbahn/view/fahrplan/rb94-obere-lahntalbahn.shtml
The approach by car is to the town center (Wilhelmsplatz) Bad Laasphe.
There are plenty of free public parking spaces available.
