The HenneseeSchleife of the SauerlandRadring leads you from the start in Meschede first along the Ruhr to Wennemen.

On former railroad tracks you cycle through the picturesque Wennetal and the typical low mountain range landscape of the Sauerland to Eslohe. Via the villages of Bremke and Reiste the tour leads back to Meschede, passing the Hennesee and the Himmelstreppe.

At the Hennesee, the cyclist has the opportunity for refreshment at or in the lake, but also a boat trip invites you to relax. This can also be used to shorten the route along the shore of the Hennesee.

Along the route you will find a variety of playgrounds and attractions for young and old. Among others, the DampfLandLeute Musseum in Eslohe or bathing bays at the Hennesee.

Even back in Meschede, there is still plenty for children to discover on the trip through the Hennepark to the city center via the Hennebouevard.
