Die 114 Kilometer lange Radroute Steine und Mehr wurde als Gemeinschaftsprojekt der Kommunen Geseke, Anröchte und Warstein realisiert. An insgesamt 33 Stationen erfahren die Besucher spannende Geschichten rund um das Thema Kalkstein. An Sehenswürdigkeiten mangelt es dabei nicht: Sie stehen beispielsweise direkt an der Abbruchkante von noch aktiven Steinbrüchen, finden Kunstobjekte in nicht mehr aktiven Teilen oder Sie erhaschen einen Blick in ein renaturiertes Abbaugebiet, in dem die Natur freien Lauf hat, während der Mensch ausgesperrt bleibt. Folgen Sie der 114 Kilometer langen Hauptroute oder entdecken Sie nach und nach die drei Teilrouten.

"Steine und Mehr" ist ein Projekt der Südwestfalen Regionale 2013 , gefördert durch die Europäische Union aus dem europäischen Fonds für regionale Entwicklung und dem Ministerium für Wirtschaft, Energie, Industrie, Mittelstand und Handwerk des Landes Nordrhein-Westfalen.
