Knotenpunkte: 12 - 07 - 06 - 05 - Bontkirchen - Schwalefeld - Willingen - Brilon-Wald - 13 - 12Anmerkung: In dem hessischen Teil der Tour gibt es keine Knotenpunkte   Die Tour startet am Knotenpunkt 12 (Verwaltungsgebäude) und führt stadtauswärts über die Keffelker Straße zum Knotenpunkt 07 (Thülener Kreuz), dann geht es rechts ab Richtung Flugplatz und weiter bis zum Haus Romberg. Dort biegt man links zu den Sauerländer Bogenschützen ein und fährt bis zum Knotenpunkt 06 (Messinghausen) und weiter zum Knotenpunkt 05 (Helminghausen). Ein paar Meter weiter gelangt man schon zur Staumauer und kann sich entscheiden ob man die (kürzere, 4 km) Route entlang des Nordufers oder die (längere, 8 km) entlang des Südufers fährt.  Anschließend geht es weiter Richtung Bontkirchen und (Achtung: In Hessen gibt es keine Knotenpunkte) Schwalefeld ehe man im Anschluss Willingen erreicht. Einmal quer durch den Ort hindurch bis man auf den Radweg im Oberen Hoppecketal Richtung Brilon-Wald und weiter bis zum Waldfreibad Gudenhagen. Von dort zum Knotenpunkt 13 (Gasthof Gruß) und wieder zurück zum Start am Knotenpunkt 12 (Verwaltungsgebäude).
