Since 01.01.2018, the fortunes of the brewery are under the leadership of the two young entrepreneurs Marcel Faulenbach and Tim Feldmann, who have set themselves the goal of establishing the Rönsahl beers on the regional beer market and making the historic distillery the central venue of the small tranquil village.
During the offered brewery tour through the historic walls, you can expect an approx. 2-hour process-oriented brewery tour with all the important details of beer brewing, as well as the special features of the production of Rönsahl country beers. The history of beer worldwide, as well as German beer culture and its history and tradition in particular, will also be discussed in detail. Emphasis of the guidance is the process of the beer production of the barley on the field up to the finished beer in the bottle.
At the end follows a comfortable conclusion with which all sorts Rönsahler can be tasted. If you wish, you can also enjoy a hearty meal from the cold kitchen.
In the brewing seminar you get the opportunity to be live at the production of Rönsahler Landbier. You will accompany the brewing process from the grinding of the malt in the brewhouse to the start of the fermentation process in the fermentation cellar and can also actively participate. The brewing seminar lasts about 8 to 9 hours and is offered from a group size of 2-10 people. A special event, which you will never forget.
