Sporty cyclists can breathe in the mountain air on this challenging circular tour, as most of the route leads over the heights of the central mountain range. You reach Küstelberg through the romantic Orke stream valley. There, the high ropes course invites you to climb, shimmy and balance. The route then climbs steeply up to the Hillekopf - the highest point of the tour at 800 meters.
The Heid and upland moor landscape in the Hoher Hagen nature reserve is fascinating: a wonderful spot to stretch your legs. Numerous attractions then await day trippers in lively Willingen. For example, a ride on the Ettelsberg cable car up to the Hochheideturm or a visit to the Mühlenkopfschanze. And of course many restaurants and pubs.
Return along the Bruchhauser Steine, four giant rocks that have survived for millions of years. The boulders can even be climbed via a natural staircase: The view is breathtaking. A hand-brewed beer cools you down in the Bruchhausen Castle brewery.
